Store Policy

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit or full payment is required to secure your event date.
Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the event.
No setup or delivery will be completed without full payment.
Payments can be made via website, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or other approved methods.
Payments made through the website or certain platforms may be subject to applicable sales tax.

2. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may result in partial or full loss of payment.
In the event of cancellation by Fantasy Balloons due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

3. Delivery, Installation & Pickup

4. Rentals (Backdrops, Shimmer Walls, Marquee Numbers, Tables, Chairs, etc.)

Full payment is required to reserve rental items and secure date.
All rental items remain the property of Fantasy Balloons.
Renter is responsible for all rental items while in their possession. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Rentals must be returned or made available for pickup within 1 day after the event, unless otherwise agreed.
Client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Items must be returned reasonably clean. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.
Delivery, setup, and pick up fees apply when applicable and are separate from the rental price.
Failure to return rental items will result in a replacement fee equal to full retail value.
By booking a rental, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

5. Damage Responsibility

Client assumes responsibility for all rented items during the rental period.
Any damage to items will be charged accordingly.
Fantasy Balloons is not responsible for damage to walls, floors, or surfaces unless caused directly by our team.

6. Outdoor Installations

Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions.
Balloons are highly sensitive to wind, heat, cold, and sunlight.
Fantasy Balloons is not responsible for damage caused by weather after setup.
In windy conditions, additional securing methods may be required and may incur extra fees.

7. Balloon Care & Lifespan

Balloon decorations are temporary and can vary in lifespan depending on environment.
Exposure to heat, sunlight, rough handling, or sharp objects will reduce longevity.
No guarantees are made on balloon lifespan after installation.

8. Design & Substitutions

We strive to match requested designs as closely as possible.
Due to supply availability, substitutions of colors or materials may occur while maintaining overall style and quality.

9. Venue Requirements

Client is responsible for confirming venue rules, permissions, and setup restrictions.
Any required permits, insurance certificates, or approvals must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.

10. Safety & Supervision

Balloons and décor are not toys and should be kept away from small children without supervision.
Fantasy Balloons is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of décor items.

11. Photo Usage

Fantasy Balloons reserves the right to photograph setups and use images for marketing and promotional purposes.
